Processing

All orders are packed by me (Sandra!) from my tiny desk in Sydney AU. As I currently work full-time outside of the Sando universe, your orders will be processed and posted the following weekend after you place your order. Thank you for understanding! <3

Australian orders over AU$75: AUSFRIEND
International orders over AU$100: INTLFRIEND

All orders are shipped from Sydney AU, via Australia Post or Sendle. Postage fees are flat rate, depending on your location, and will come with tracking to ensure it arrives safely!

Within Australia, your order is estimated to arrive between 2-10 business days after it’s been posted.

Outside Australia, your order is estimated to arrive between 9-20+ business days after it’s been posted. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional customs and import fees that may apply.

Policies

If you have concerns related to any of the following (or any concerns in general), please get in touch and I'll do my best to help out!

  • Exchanges can be made, as long as I haven't packed your order yet. As mentioned above, I process orders the following weekend.

  • I do not accept returns or cancellations. Once your order has been processed, I will not be able to make changes.

  • Sando + Friends is not responsible for taxes, fees, delays, damage or loss due to the postal service or customs.

FAQ

  • My packaging consists mostly of paper-based materials that may be recycled, recyclable, compostable or reusable. Instead of plastic, most items are wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with washi tape, when needed. If you do find plastic in your package, it is often recycled or came from manufacturing.
