All orders are shipped from Sydney AU, via Australia Post or Sendle. These may take approx. 2-7 days to deliver, depending on your location and delays due to COVID-19.

Ideal for flat items, eg. stickers and washi samples. Larger or bulky orders may arrive in separate batches.
🦅📦 Standard Parcel (Tracked) - AU$8.00
Highly recommended! Especially if you have multiple washi tapes, notepads, or a bundle order. Items will be sent in a hand-decorated box with freebies!
Orders outside Australia take approx. 9-25+ days to deliver, depending on your location, shipping method and delays due to COVID-19.

It takes approx. 1-3 days for me to receive, make and dispatch an order. I carefully pack and personalise each order to make sure you have the best possible experience! And let's not forget Latte's stamp of approval on every envelope and box! ฅ/ᐠ. ̫ .ᐟ\ฅ
I aim to make memo pads and notepads well in advance so that I have them ready to send to you straight away. But in the unlikely event that stock levels are very low, some handmade items may be made to order and take little longer to be shipped - maybe 2 to 3 days extra. This is unlikely but please contact me if this is a concern or you plan on ordering an larger amount. I'll be more than happy to let you know how much stock I currently have!
Materials + Packaging
I care a lot about the environment and have spent a long time thinking about how to maintain a balance between manufacturing costs and environmentally conscious materials. I also really like the experience and aesthetic of stationery and packaging, and don't want to cut away at quality! It's impossible to be 100% eco and waste-free, but I think I've chosen the right balance of cost, eco and quality. I aim to upgrade my materials, in the future, to be closer to eco and higher quality.
To minimise waste, my packaging consists only of paper-based materials that may be recycled, recyclable, compostable or reusable. Instead of plastic, items are usually wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with washi tape, when needed.
Gift Wrapping, Messages + Personalisation
While I don’t offer special gift wrapping, all orders come neatly wrapped in tissue paper.
If you’re sending straight to your friend’s address as a present, I can leave a handwritten message for them, on my usual thank you card or inside the box lid (only tracked orders come in a box). To do this, add a note when placing your order with your message.
I also like to decorate shipping envelopes and boxes with a drawing or two. I can theme these drawings around birthdays, inside jokes, memes, etc. Just let me know your idea in your order notes!
