- Exchanges can be made, as long as we haven't packed your order yet.
- We do not accept returns or cancellations.
- Sando + Friends is not responsible for taxes, fees, delays, damage or loss due to postal service or customs.
- Untracked orders cannot be replaced or refunded if lost in the mail.* This shipping method is not recommended, however, we offer untracked shipping as a more affordable option for our local and worldwide friends.
Shipping within Australia
All orders are shipped from Sydney AU, via Australia Post or Sendle. These may take approx. 2-7 days to deliver, depending on your location.
All products have the following shipping options to choose from at checkout:

Flat items only, eg. stickers, prints & washi samples. No washi tape rolls or keyrings. Please be aware this shipping method cannot be refunded or replaced if lost in the mail.
🦅📦 Sendle Standard (Tracked)
Not suitable for PO boxes and rural areas. Comes with a freebie of two!
🦅📦 Auspost Standard (Tracked)
Suitable for all addresses. Comes with a freebie or two!
Orders outside Australia take approx. 9-25+ days to deliver, depending on your location and shipping method.

Flat items only, eg. stickers, prints & washi samples. No washi tape rolls or keychains. Items will be sent in a stamped rigid envelope via normal letter mail. Please be aware this shipping method cannot be replaced or refunded if lost in the mail.
📦 Standard Parcel (Tracked)
Highly recommended! You must choose this if you have a bulky order. Comes with a freebie or two! Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
It takes approx. 1-3 days for us to receive, make and dispatch an order. We carefully pack and personalise each order to make sure you have the best possible experience! And let's not forget Latte's stamp of approval on every envelope and box! ฅ/ᐠ. ̫ .ᐟ\ฅ
Materials + Packaging
Here in Pepper Point, we care a lot about the environment! It's impossible to be 100% eco and waste-free, but we think we've chosen the right balance of cost, eco and quality. It's an ongoing aim to upgrade our materials, to be closer to eco and higher quality.
To minimise waste, we have less packaging and more focus on the item. Our packaging consists mostly of paper-based materials that may be recycled, recyclable, compostable or reusable. Instead of plastic, most items are wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with washi tape, when needed.
